Kelly + Steve's Wedding at Enchantment Resort, Sedona

They were married on June 9th at the beautiful Enchantment Resort in Sedona.

Kelly got ready with her daughters and friends. The atmosphere was relaxed but excited!

At the very last minute, Kelly was deciding which shoes would be the easiest to walk down the aisle with.

Ron took this wonderful photograph of the procession. Steve strutted down the aisle.

The Boynton Canyon location at Enchantment was gorgeous.

Their beautiful ceremony was performed by Rev. Suzanne Loo-McCoy of Intimate Sedona Weddings. Kelly, her daughters, and Steve were part of a sand ceremony to celebrate the integration of their family. Their flowers were created by Mountain High Flowers of Sedona.

Kelly's youngest daughter was mesmerized.

One of many, many kisses. Kelly + Steve were the kind of couple that made you want to fall in love ...

... the way they looked at each other, the hugging and kissing, the unselfconscious affection.

I would describe them as a romantic comedy in Hollywood terms. Ron captured this playful side to them while photographing the "romantic portraits."

Their reception was held at Steve's parents home in Sedona, which was absolutely breathtaking. The views of Cathedral Rock (not pictured) were absolutely stunning and enjoyed at both the cocktail party and the reception. Perfection did the event design and catering.

Chris + Sarah's Wedding at Los Abrigados

They were married on May 29th at the beautiful Los Abrigados Resort in Sedona.

Sarah works for the knot so she had the coolest wedding favors ever. This was the hanger for her gorgeous wedding dress.

Sarah got ready in the bridal suite at Los Abrigados with her bridesmaids. Her sister who was also her maid of honor helped her with her dress & stunning jewelry.

Chris & Sarah's wedding was creekside at Los Abrigados and everything was perfect ... the weather, the breeze, the sound of the creek. Sarah's brother officiated the ceremony and did a spectacular job. It was hard to believe that it was his first wedding.

Chris's nephew was the adorable ring-bearer.

Sarah & Chris were ecstatic to be married to each other. It was an emotional ceremony full of tears and laughter and permeated with joy. Bliss Extraordinary Floral created beautiful arrangements of flowers.

After their ceremony, we walked over to Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village for romantic portraits of Sarah & Chris.

There was lots of kissing :)

Their Sedona wedding adventure continued with a Pink Jeep tour up to Merry Go Round with their families and their wedding party.

The view was spectacular and their guests had a blast. We photographed all of Chris & Sarah's family and wedding party (the group photos) and then they generously offered couples and family portraits to whomever wanted them. It was a special touch and another insight into how thoughtful Chris & Sarah are.

"Will You Marry Me" created with rocks.

After the Pink Jeep tour, the reception began creekside at Los Abrigados.

And they had their first dance together.

Yes ... more kissing :)

The coolest groom's cake ever created by the always yummy Sedona Sweet Arts.

And then spontaneous entertainment by Chris's nephew with some crazy dance moves that you might now find on You Tube. I think Chris and his nephew must have practiced secretly because they rocked!

The spirit was contagious with a party that lasted late into the night with everyone showing off on the dance floor. The dancing was fun and totally hilarious ...

All of Sarah's planning (and awesome attention to detail) made for an event that will be remembered and talked about for a lifetime. We were truly honored to be a part of their wedding celebration.

Michele + Dana's Wedding at Tlaquepaque and The Agave of Sedona

They were married on April 23rd at Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village in Sedona.

Michele got ready in the bridal suite at Tlaquepaque with the help of her sister, mom, and aunt. Michele's adorable niece was also there and managed to stay as close to Michele as possible.

A beautiful pre-ceremony prayer with Dana and the wedding party.

Michele was a radiant bride -- crossing the bridge to her wedding ceremony -- and her destiny with Dana.

Dana watching as Michele arrives to their wedding ceremony. He is next to his daughter.

My background is as a photojournalist but Ron captured this true moment during the ceremony with Michele & Dana immersed in their vows, Michele's brother desperately trying to keep his toddler son quiet, and Michele's other brother throwing "the look" that all new parents dread.

A gorgeous, romantic portrait of Michele & Dana at Tlaquepaque.

Practicing the Viennese Waltz at Tlaquepaque during the most amazing sunset.

Michele & Dana exuded so much warmth and love for each other, for their family, for their photographers -- we loved being with them and documenting the celebration of this meaningful milestone in their new life together.

Their reception was at The Agave -- the best food, views, and atmosphere in Sedona -- and they started their party by surprising their guests with the Viennese Waltz. Our favorite DJ Bobby Russell kept the party going!

A poignant moment with Dana's mom.

The toasts were heartfelt and wonderful.

In addition to the delicious food, wonderful dancing, and good company -- their yummy cake was created by the talented Sedona Sweet Arts.

Congratulations Michele & Dana!

Ericka + Zach's Wedding at the Sedona Golf Resort

They were married on a gorgeous Sedona day on April 10th.

The bridal suite at the Sedona Golf Resort was filled with friends and family helping Ericka get ready. Ericka's mom Linda was an important part of that, and she was overflowing with excitement and pride.

The rings were stunning ... and showed off brilliantly against a bridesmaid's orange dress.

Ron captured this awesome moment during the processional. I love how Zach is waiting for Ericka with his parents and the look on their faces.

Ericka stands with her parents. The moment where the two families share the wedding altar was truly unique and profoundly touching.

Ericka's sister Nicole is the maid of honor and sweetly shushes the ring bearer. The gorgeous flowers are created by Bliss Extraordinary Floral of Sedona.

A wonderful close up as Zach places the wedding ring on Ericka's finger photographed by Ron.

I love the way that Ericka is framed by the minister offering his blessing.

It was a lovely ceremony with a spectacular view of Bell Rock and Courthouse Rock in Sedona. Did I mention that it was a ceremony with two kisses ... one spontaneous one after the exchange of rings and a second official one sanctioned by the minister after they were announced husband and wife.

A beautiful candid moment of the bridal party during formal photographs.

The kids were so cute at this wedding ... and both Zach and Ericka were munchkin magnets. I hope they have a big family (no pressure).

They were gorgeous together - you could feel the love and friendship ...

Always laughing and having a good time.

Their first dance together. DJ Bobby Russel of Sedona Sounds kept the dance floor full the entire night, and Sedona Sweet Arts created a beautiful and delicious wedding cake.

I think this might have been the most emotional wedding I have ever been too :) There was crying while Ericka was getting ready, during the ceremony, during toasts, during the first dance, during the father/daughter dance and the mother/son dance, and especially when Ericka's dad serenaded her. BUT, it was lovely, supportive crying, which is a very happy thing to witness and photograph, and I thank you for the privilege of being the one to do so (with tears in my eyes too).
